1. Agreement to Policies

By purchasing a puppy from Royal American Bully, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to:

Failure to comply with these terms may result in cancellation of your purchase.

2. Puppy Availability & Reservation

  • All puppies are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy.

  • A reserved puppy will be held only for the buyer who placed the deposit.

  • If the buyer does not complete the remaining payment by the agreed date, the puppy may be re-listed.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are clearly listed on the website or provided directly by us.

  • Full payment must be made before pickup or delivery.

  • Accepted payment methods include:

    • Zelle

    • Venmo

    • CashApp

    • Chime

    • ApplePay

    • Wire Transfer

    • PayPal

    • E-Transfer

  • Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without valid reason will void any guarantees.

4. Health Guarantee

  • Each puppy comes with a vet health certificate, vaccination record, and deworming history.

  • Buyers must take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of arrival.

  • Failure to complete this step voids all health guarantees.

  • The guarantee applies only to genetic conditions, not accidental injuries, environmental factors, or treatable issues.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping and delivery fees vary based on location and method (ground or air).

  • All puppies must be fully paid for before shipping.

  • Weather conditions or airline regulations may cause delays for safety reasons.

  • Buyers must be available at the agreed pickup point on the delivery date.

6. Buyer Responsibilities

By purchasing a puppy, the buyer agrees to:

  • Provide proper nutrition, clean living conditions, and regular veterinary care

  • Continue vaccination and deworming schedules

  • Not expose the puppy to dangerous environments

  • Seek prompt medical care if any health concerns arise

  • Give the puppy sufficient love, attention, and training

Failure to meet responsible pet care standards voids any guarantees.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because puppies are live animals, we do not accept returns except in special pre-approved circumstances (not for refunds).
Refunds are only issued under the conditions stated in our Refund & Return Policy.

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

8. Breeding Rights

Unless stated otherwise, all puppies are sold as pets only, not for breeding purposes.
Breeding rights require separate written approval and payment.

9. False Claims & Fraud

  • Any attempt to falsely claim illness, demand refunds without evidence, or perform fraudulent chargebacks will result in legal action.

  • Veterinarian documents must be authentic and verifiable.

We take puppy protection seriously.

10. Privacy & Communications

By contacting Royal American Bully, you consent to receive:

  • Emails

  • Calls

  • Text messages

  • Photos/videos of your puppy

We do not share your information with third parties except when necessary for delivery or verification.

11. Website Content

All content on royalamericanbully.com—including photos, descriptions, pricing, and logos—is the property of Royal American Bully.
Unauthorized use or duplication is prohibited.

12. Liability

Royal American Bully is not responsible for:

  • Injuries after the puppy arrives

  • Allergic reactions

  • Veterinary costs after the 48-hour vet check

  • Stress-related issues from travel or home adjustment

  • Misuse, neglect, or improper care by the buyer

13. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our site implies acceptance.
