The American Bully Refund & Return Policy at Royal American Bully is designed to protect both the puppy buyer and the breeder while ensuring every puppy receives the best possible care and environment. Our policy aligns with responsible breeding practices and ethical standards in the American Bully community, ensuring a smooth and stress-free adoption experience. Our top priority is the safety, health, and long-term well-being of each puppy placed in a loving home.
To ensure complete transparency, this policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, or exchanges may be approved, as well as the responsibilities of both our kennel and the buyer.
What the American Bully Refund & Return Policy Covers
Refund Eligibility Based on Health Conditions
Royal American Bully puppies come with a comprehensive Health Guarantee (see internally: Health Guarantee Page). However, refunds or partial refunds may only be approved under specific, documented medical conditions verified by a licensed veterinarian.
If a puppy is diagnosed with a life-threatening genetic condition within the guaranteed period, the buyer may qualify for:
A replacement puppy from the next available litter
A partial refund
A full refund (rare cases, based on severity and verified documentation)
We also follow ethical puppy-care practices recommended by organizations such as the AKC and ASPCA.

H2: Non-Refundable Payments Under the American Bully Refund & Return Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits serve as a reservation fee and are used to prepare your American Bully puppy for pickup, care, and early training. If a buyer cancels for personal reasons, the deposit cannot be refunded but may be transferred to another litter at the kennel’s discretion.
Payments made after pickup or delivery are also non-refundable unless covered by the Health Guarantee terms.
Puppy Return Conditions Under the American Bully Refund & Return Policy

Returns may be approved if:
The buyer experiences unexpected life circumstances and cannot continue care.
A veterinarian determines the puppy requires specialized care beyond the buyer’s capability.
The puppy shows extreme behavioral issues that cannot be managed with proper training.

In all return cases, NO cash refunds are provided unless the issue is strictly health-related and covered under our Health Guarantee terms.

If a puppy is damaged, stressed, or delayed during shipping due to airline or third-party courier issues, Royal American Bully is NOT responsible. We advise all buyers to review external transport regulations:
